Admissions and Tuition

To be accepted into Baskent University's Faculty of Science and Letters, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Faculty of Engineering, School of Nursing, or School of Health Management, students should have taken the two-stage examinations administered by  the National Student Selection and Placement Center (OSYM), and they should have coded the department in which they want to study, together with their preference for receiving a scholarship  or not.

The departments belonging to the Baskent University Vocational School namely, Office
Management and Secretarial Training, Tourism and Hotel Management, Tour Guidance. and Food and Beverage Management, require only the first stage of the examination administered by the  National Student Selection and Placement Center (OSYM). Students are accepted according to  the enrollment quota for each school.

Those who wish to study in the School of Vocational Technology should enter the first examination administered by OSYM and select the appropriate department.

For the 1997-1998 academic year, tuition fees for all programs will be 480,000,000 Turkish Liras.  Half of this is to be paid at the beginning of the first semester and the other half at the beginning of the second semester.  The University's Board of Trustees determines the annual fee.
